Return and Refund Policy

You have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return, in accordance with European right of withdrawal.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Orders can be cancelled free of charge as long as they have not been shipped. Once the item has been shipped, the return must be made in accordance with this policy.

Return Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Items Not Eligible for Return Some items may be excluded from the right of return for hygiene or health protection reasons, provided their packaging has been unsealed after delivery. If applicable, this will be clearly indicated on the product page.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Customs and Delivery We do not refund shipping costs if the package is seized by your country's customs, nor if the package is returned due to an incorrect address or the absence of the recipient. Please ensure that items are permitted in your country before placing an order. This clause does not apply to returns made under the European right of withdrawal, for which the initial shipping costs are refunded to you.

Refunds We will notify you upon receipt and inspection of your return. If approved, you will be refunded within 14 calendar days of receiving your return (or proof of shipment), via your original payment method. If your bank or credit card company is slow to post the refund, please allow a few extra days before contacting us.
