Shipping Policy

We typically process orders within two working days of receiving payment. Payment date refers to an instant or validated payment. No shipments will be made for pending payments. All orders are shipped via eExpress/registered airmail with tracking. Delivery takes between 7-18 business days for some major countries such as France, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom. The delivery time is slightly longer (an average of 10-20 business days) for other European countries.

Please note that we do not refund the purchase price or shipping costs if the package is seized by customs in your country. Similarly, shipping costs are non-refundable if the package is returned by customs. Therefore, please ensure that the items in question are legal in your country.

Furthermore, if the package cannot be delivered and is returned by postal services due to an incorrect address or the absence of the recipient, shipping costs are non-refundable.
